Top 3 Chocolate desserts for Women’s day

Chocolate – is one of the best products, that brightens your mood, and you can definitely say that many people love chocolate (myself included). Women’s Day and Men’s day is coming soon to Poland. I wanted to  cook something interesting and delicious as I think that this is a good opportunity to surprise your soul mate. Chocolate desserts are elegant and so easy to make while being a great way to end a romantic meal at home.

Consequently, I propose top 3 very tasty and simple(!) recipes in preparation for the upcoming holiday! Chocolate desserts are always yummy!

Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients: ( easy prep. 5 mins.)

dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa solids) – 200g
orange juice – 2 tablespoon
rum – 1 tablespoon
carton double cream (20%) – 200ml

200ml carton double cream put into a saucepan then heat to boiling. Pour breaking chocolate with this mixture.
Stirring occasionally, until the chocolate is melted and sauce is smooth, add orange juice and rum or other alcohol, stir until smooth.
Pour the resulting mass of dishes Fondue. Keep on heating.
Fruits dip into the fondue and eat straight away.

Chocolate Brownie

(1 hour,easy)

Ingredients:

dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa solids) – 200g
butter – 170g
2 large eggs
sugar – 200g
pinch of salt
plain flour – 70g
nuts – 100g
caster sugar

Heat oven to 180C, butter a cake tin and line with greaseproof paper.
Fry nits in a frying pan.
Place a bowl over a pan of barely simmering water, then slowly melt the chocolate and butter together. Remove bowl from the heat and stir until smooth. Leave to cool for about 10-15 mins.
In a separate bowl whisk the eggs and yolks together with the sugar (but the sugar should not dissolve)
Pour the eggs into the melted chocolate. Sift flour into the mixture, add salt, nuts and stir until smooth.
Put into shape then baking 35-40 mins.
Leave to cool then run a knife around the sides and remove from the tin. Dust with icing sugar.

Chocolate fondant

(easy, 1 hour)

Ingredients:

dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa solids) – 170g
butter – 150g
5 large eggs
sugar – 70g
plain flour – 70g
cocoa powder – 1-2 tablespoon

Place a bowl over a pan of barely simmering water, then slowly melt the chocolate and butter together. Remove bowl from the heat and stir until smooth. Leave to cool for about 10-15 mins.
In a separate bowl whisk the eggs and yolks together with the sugar, until thick and pale and the whisk leaves a trail; use an electric whisk if you want.
Pour the eggs into the melted chocolate, sift the flour into the mixture then stir until smooth.
Secret some of the mixture put in the form of ice cubes ( we need 6 ice cubes) and place in freezer in 1 hour and the other portion in frozen. Chill for at least 20 mins or 1 hour.
Heat oven to 180C, to grease form butter and powder with cocoa. Place the mixture on forms for baking and put in the middle dough 1 of the ice cubes with mixture within.
Then cook 8-10mins, until the tops have formed a crust and they are starting to come away from the sides of their moulds. Remove from the owen, then leave to sit for 5 mins before burning out. Powder caster sugar.
