I would like to use the following blog post to tell you a little bit more about the double degree program between Kozminski University and Grenoble Ecole de Management.
One thing that I really appreciate as a student of KU, is the international orientation of the University. Being enrolled at Kozminski University allows you to benefit from a huge network of partner universities in Europe and around the world: Partner Universities.
One of those partner Universities is the prestigous Grenoble Ecole de Management in France, short GEM. However, this partnership is a little bit different from other relationships the school maintains to institutions around the world. KU and GEM intensified their cooperation and teamed up to develop an International Double Degree Program.
What does that mean?
As a participant of the double degree program, you have the unique opportunity to study at 2 top European business schools, both triple crown accredited and well-placed in the Masters in Management Financial Times Ranking. In practice, you will do the first year of Master studies at Kozminski University in Warsaw and the second year at Grenoble Ecole de Management in France. At the end of the 2-year program you will receive 2 Master Degrees – a Polish and a French one!
Due to the individual requirements of the two schools, this is a very demanding but also extremely rewarding experience! Being part of the program demonstrates that you can easily adapt to a new international environment and cope with challenges in terms of cultural differences and academic procedures.
How to apply?
Obviously, we are talking about a very attractive academic program that gives participants a competetive edge after graduation. Hence, there are only a few places available every year. The application process starts in during the second semester of Master studies at KU. Admission is based on personal motivation and the Grade Point Average (GPA). Further information and potential changes are always communicated by the Kozminski Internation Business School Office.

Personal Experience
While writing this blog post, I am sitting in my appartment in Grenoble, having an awesome view on the French Alps. After the first semester here at GEM, I am completely satisfied with my choice. The business school is very diverse and I already met and worked with students from the U.S., China, Canada, Mexico, Peru, Taiwan, Thailand, India, Italy and many more… Almost every week, there is a special career event in the school, so that students can get to know potential future employers like Accenture, Deloitte, LinkedIn, Danone etc.
