This year’s long may weekend I decided to visit my good hometown friend who lately moved to Wrocław. It wasn’t my first visit in this city – I was there two times before and fell in love :)
But I still didn’t see everything that Wrocław has to offer… I had only few days but me and my friends absolutely were in the mood for sightseeing!

The Old Town in Wrocław is very charming – I like it much better than the one in Kraków (oopsie, sorry!).

I will never forget this visit in the zoo !!!
If you still don’t know why you should visit the zoo in Wrocław – look at the photo above… It literally says it all! It’s the biggest zoo in Poland and owns many wild animals that other zoos don’t have: giraffes, hippos, elephants, sharks… Oceanarium is absolutely awesome!!!

Książ is a city located 40 mins from Wrocław by car. It was my friend’s idea to see this castle – I never heard about it before but I trusted him. It was the best decision! The castle is absolutely stunning! I didn’t know that such an amazing building is existing in Poland!
During may weekend it was full of visitors…
The castle is on the hill so the view from garden is wonderful :)

I love palm gardens so I didn’t hesitate visiting the one that used to belong to Daisy von Pless. It was an amazing time there :) I absolutely reccomend to make some time for cake or ice creams in the cafeteria inside the garden – it’s full of palms and all the desserts are delicious!
