Waking up without any effort!

“Ohhh no, morning! Again!”, “I don’t want to leave my warm bed”, “One more minute and I will get up”, “I want to sleep”, etc- Are all these phrases familiar to you?

I will give you a hand and provide some tips to make morning better, and maybe even hating Mondays a little less.

 

1. Have an early night.

First of all, even if it sounds impossible, try to go to the bed earlier. In the morning you will regret your decision to watch sitcoms until midnight. It is necessary for your body to rest at least 7-8 hours. Thus strive to manage your time.

2. Alarm clock.

Put your alarm clock far away from your bed, that way you will be forced to get up for the sake of turning it off! Also, as trivial as this may sound, determine some pleasant music for your alarm clock, believe me , it definitely helps.

3. Breakfast.

It goes without saying that food is an inseparable part of our life, especially the breakfast. For instance, a car , which needs gas to start its journey. Actually, the same situation is going on with our bodies, hence food is a resource which gives \ us energy. Moreover, you will be willing to wake up in the morning to have something tasty for the breakfast.

4. Extra time.

Don’t give yourself extra 5 minutes, because in this case you are close to oversleeping. In addition, I may presume that you will not have a successful day after that.

5. Get some motivation.

Set some targets for your future day, which will lift you up from the bed. Some entertainment, some small shopping, meeting with friends, something referring to your dream or dream job.

6. Don’t waste any seconds.

Finally I would like to provide a useful story, which could be for you as well, I hope.

Imagine there is a bank account that credits your account each morning with $86,400. It carries over no balance from day to day.
Every evening the bank deletes whatever part of the balance you failed to use during the day. What would you do? Draw out every cent, of course?
Each of us has such a bank. It’s name is TIME.
Every morning, it credits you with 86,400 seconds.
Every night it writes off as lost, whatever of this you have failed to invest to a good purpose.
It carries over no balance. It allows no over draft. Each day it opens a new account for you. Each night it burns the remains of the day.
If you fail to use the day’s deposits, the loss is yours. There is no drawing against “tomorrow.”
You must live in the present on today’s deposits. Invest it so as to get from it the utmost in health, happiness and success!

The clock is running!! Make the most of today.
