5 steps “How to stay healthy in spring?”

Spring season is very tricky with its changing climate.

Weather meets us with kindness in sunny mornings and in the evening gives us unpredictable cold temperature. What follows are chills, colds and other annoying consequences.

Here are a few easy steps on how to avoid illnesses and they are presented below, check all of them to be in good health.

1st  One of the easiest way of protecting yourself from falling sick is to consider parents’ advice “fair heat breaks no bones”. Before leaving your house just check the temperature, which will be when you will arrive home.

2nd  In spring flue is gaining momentum and one of the main reason is hypovitaminosis. In spring reserve of vitamins, which were collected in summer run low. Check when the last time you ate healthy food, vegetables or fruits.  If you cannot done it a long time ago you need to change it. Lettuce, cabbage, radish, sorrel, tomato, lemon, all kind of citrus and dairy products should be included in your food ration.

3rd  Just eat garlic few times per week in the evening if you are not scary to speak only with yourself. Garlic-one of the most well-known and effective folk remedy against grippe. Substances it contained have antibacterial and antiviral effect. It makes garlic a perfect powerful tool in spring season.

4th  Honey is a unique product for us, which is used for treatment from a huge number of diseases. It makes your immunity stronger. Tea with honey is a method which will always help you from cold. It has no competition among home remedies. Also, take honey in the morning or in the evening, it is the most effective time for your organism.

5th  If you get sick stay at home for a day. Do not let your virus develop.
