This shopping center is one of the biggest in Central-eastern Europe. Its structure is only on 2 floors (the 3rd one is exclusively for the cinema). The theme is the associated between the moon and sun. It is not only represented in the logo, but also inside the center with a sky map.

In my opinion, it is a welcoming shopping mall, where you have space and you will always find a free place to eat your lunch.

As with every mall in Warsaw, all restaurants are located next to each other and you can join each other with different types of food in a big common space (recently renovated in a green area). You will find there usual fast food and more healthy restaurants with fish or salads. You can also find typical Polish chain restaurants, Italian or German among the 30 restaurants and cafes.

As for shopping, this place is great! You really can find everything for beauty, home, fashion and imported foods too. There are 180 stores plus 20 services units.

At the ground floor, there is a hyper market Carrefour (open from 8:30 to 23 except Sundays!), Leroy Merlin, Kakadu for pets and many brands for clothing and shoes. On the first floor, you will find in addition of the shops, a medical center and the Holmes Place fitness club.

Good to know:

Reserved is a Polish brand
In Ochnik you can find unique dresses
A tailor is located at the first underground and workers speak an approximate English skills
The cinema has an English website to book your seats. CinemaCity, 15 screens.

Green Arkadia

Arkadia is also involved in sustainable development. It has a green roof! It is described as “the key element of a system allowing to maintain ecological balance”. On 27 thousands sqm, plants constitute a biological area very active to “percolate into the soil, absorbs dusts and air pollutants and constitutes an additional layer of the center’s thermal and acoustic isolation”. It can absorb some amounts of rainwater too.

The mall is also organizing collections for used electronic appliances; they have collected over 16 tonnes so far! LED lighting is used to reduce electricity consumption, promote bike as transport and provide charging point for electric vehicles.
